Please note there is free storage of your vehicle in my yard, as well as any bags for safe keeping and delivery to your return pick up location.

We can do car relocations to any track, or a combination of shuttle on existing trips and your car relocated at a later different time when possible, or at the end to greet you. Call us to discuss the alternatives and prices... For instance the cost from Brown hut to Kohaihai is $320, or Mapua to Kohaihai $250 which saves the vehicle going through the three fords which at times can get difficult or impassable for two wheel drives. However, it is best to combine on an existing trip for safe storage.

Wine tours are negotiable depending on numbers of persons wanting to see vineyards. We can accommodate the needs of all persons, whether a specific visit or arranging a pleasant lunch overlooking the vineyard with the backdrop of Mount Arthur.

Gas is available for those that come off the plane at $9:50 per twist type. Rest break and toilet stops will be offered, but please come prepared to make a direct journey to your destination, or request a stop (other than a comfort stop) before the quote. Often we have other trips as a deadline on the same day.

Conditions of booking:

Please note we do NOT debit your card, its only to secure the booking as will take cash or cheque on the day. Otherwise you may prefer to pay in full before the trip . If that is the case please let us know and we can arrange to send our account details. Overseas direct debits incur charges from the home bank sending money and sometimes the receiving bank as well, so its not a good way of doing it. However, if neither means of securing your trip is convenient, please feel free to contact us for more alternatives.

The conditions of booking there will be a 10% booking fee provided that more than a weeks notice of cancellation is given , 50% charge less than a weeks notice and 100% less than 24 hours notice. Depending on the circumstances, we will give a full credit on the next trip provided it combines with an existing trip. For trips requested to be advertised on the "existing Trips " page to subsidise their chartered trip, a minimum 50% cancellation fee if other persons booked on the back of the charter.
If there are delays more than 10 minutes that have not been made by us there will be a nominal charge to pay for drivers time. If passengers need to stop for food items or gear forgotten, or coffee breaks more than 10 minutes there will be a minimum nominal charge for inconvenience and disrupting the schedule. Due to the legislation of carrying gas or petroleum liquids on flights gas can be bought and on-sold at point of arrival provided notice is given.

Conditions of booking for carriage of bikes and luggage:

Provided that a return trip is booked carriage of bikes and luggage get transport free to location of drop off and pick up. If trampers use our services only part way of their trip there will be a small charge to have their luggage couriered to their accommodation or whatever place of their choice. All bags to labelled with name, destination and date please. Please note that though care is taken, transport of items is at owner's risk and the business is not liable for loss or damage. However, if the owner would like to insure either the bike or their luggage the cost is $20 per item.
